We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. If you insist to cancel an order or return an item, you need to pay for the relevant administrative fee according to the following circumstances: In the case of a stocked product, which has not been dispatched yet, you will be refunded in full for the value of the product less an administrative fee including restocking cost, i.e. USD 50 for each delivery. When your ordered item is about to be dispatched or already on the way to you, we would try to cancel the shipment for you, but it may be failed. If so, you could reject the delivery (please DO NOT open the package upon receipt) or keep it if you've changed your mind. If you reject it, you will forfeit a shipping & processing fee to cover our administrative costs and shipment expense. Shipping cost will be minus from your purchase for each delivery/one-way subject to the carrier billing. In the case of a delivered item, you can only return it if the item is in its original package and condition. You can either initiate the shipping to send it back or contact us to arrange for you, service fee would be charged. Upon the receipt of item and checking it in good condition by our warehouse, you will be refunded in full for the value of the product minus a shipping & processing fees to cover our administrative costs and expense. However, there are few circumstances that the item cannot be returned: (a) Personalized items (b) Items you have already assembled (c) Items marked 'Non-Returnable' on the sale page (d) Open Box Items Damages If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 14 days of delivery, we will make it right. If your return is accepted, to start a return, you can contact us at support@twispers.com to get shipping labels as well as instructions on where you are supposed to return the item, please DO NOT RETURN the item back to the address on the shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at spport@twispers.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@twispers.com. If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 14 days of delivery, we will make it right.
